Crooks Leaves Forward Line...
Since last week's 4 to 0 victory over Wesleyan, there has been but one change in the University lineup. K. B. M. Crooks '27 has been moved from the forward line to the left halfback position. His successor in the forward line will not be known until the team comes on the field. N. R. Danielian '28 and Captain W. R. Although playing forward this year, Vogel gained his experience as half back for two years on the town team of Lausanne, Switzerland...

The linemen were admittedly pitted against an unusually powerful set of forwards and were faced in their first game with the problem of solving a shifting method of attack which changed constantly. Coach Horween made numerous substitutions in the line, Symonds, Steward, Goodwin, and Meadows, all new men seeing considerable service. Of these reserves, Meadows, the Sophomore end, showed the most promise...
