Picture a schoolroom full of seated children, all tense, eyes forward, on the alert. Teacher sits tensely too, watching them breathlessly. Suddenly Teacher cries a sharp command. The children spring to their feet, jump up and down, leap on their chairs and desktops, run, scream, yell, pull hair, bleat, catcall, caterwaul, whistle, shout, gibber, bang fists, stamp feet, kick out, fall down, scramble around.
