After a season of hard conscientious effort, the Harvard football team went down in defeat before the Yale eleven at New Haven on Saturday by a score of 23 to 0. The final game found the elevens of both universities in the best of condition and a contest resulted that was fully worthy of the large crowd of 30,000 spectators who witnessed the play.
