DIED. Frederick K. Weyerhaeuser, 83, former board chairman of Weyerhaeuser Co., and uncle of its current president, George, victim of a highly publicized kidnaping in 1935; in St. Paul. The Yale-educated grandson of the company's founder, Weyerhaeuser worked his college summers in sawmills and after graduation moved into lumber sales, becoming the firm's chairman in 1955.
