According to the custom established four years ago, the annual meeting for new students will be held tonight in Sanders Theatre at 8 p. m. Here addresses will be delivered by President Eliot and other members of the Faculty, and it is also hoped that Governor Wolcott will speak. Captain Goodrich appointed yesterday J. H. Perkins, J. F. Perkins and C. C. Bull captains of three of the four-oared crews which have just begun rowing. He himself will captain the fourth crew. Each captain drew his crew from a list of all the men available, the choice being decided by lot.
