Judging from the meets which the different colleges have held this year and from the records of the individual performers, first place seems likely to go to Harvard, Yale, or Cornell. Princeton, Pennsylvania and Michigan are closely matched for fourth place. There are a great number of unusually good men, however, among the entries from the smaller colleges, who may win a large number of points. The University team relies on seven or eight excellent performers to win the majority of Harvard's points, while Yale and Cornell have more evenly balanced teams.
