Last month in Manhattan, parsnip-nosed Dr. Frank Nathan Daniel Buchman launched in the U. S. the latest campaign of his Oxford Groupers-Moral Re-Armament (TIME, May 22). Wisconsin's students are fun-loving, friendly, athletic, many of them farm bred. Wisconsin's Clarence Addison Dykstra, 56, is serious, hardworking, cold, a political fencesitter.
