Many of the largest colleges in the country are sending in their entries to the managers of the twenty-second annual relay race carnival, to be held on Franklin Field, Philadelphia, on Friday and Saturday, April 28 and 29. The invitations have not been out a week, but 30 colleges have already declared they will be represented. Among them are the University, Yale, Dartmouth, Princeton, Cornell, Pennsylvania State, and Michigan.
