Like the appetizers, entrees embrace the traditional and the atypical alike. Even the often prosaic burrito exceeds expectations, however, laced elegantly with chile sauce, stuffed with grilled salmon, whole black beans, and brown rice and served on a bed of shredded lettuce and salsa fresca ($10.95). Grilled catfish ($10.95) is crusted in cornmeal and rests on a bed of rice pilaf, accompanied by a salad whose dressing is vaguely reminiscent of peanut sauce.
