Accordingly, the sophomores organized a court of equity, and three freshmen were arraigned and convicted. The sentence passed was that the number '91 should be painted in vermillon on a conspicious part of the persons of the accused freshmen. ...Fresman Glee Club. This concert promises to be an attractive one, as the Pierian will play several new pieces, including a quartette for strings; and the Guitar Club will present an innovation. Owing to the Pudding theatricals the 'Varsity Glee Glub will be unable to take part, but the freshmen gave so successful a concert in Brookline recently that the programme will be hardly less attractive therefore.
