...Freshman baseball team won its first game of the season with Noble's School, yesterday afternoon by the score of 8 to 4. Although the opposing pitcher was not at all difficult, the hitting of the Freshmen showed a decided improvement over the form shown in practice. The best playing for the Freshmen was done by Jordan, who made a hit every time he was at bat, and accepted 16 chances without an error.
