...week's end, supercharged little Press Editor Louis Seltzer (TIME, Aug. 9) was cited for contempt, and ordered to appear in court this week before his old friend Judge Silbert. So were City Editor Louis Clifford, Reporter Hammer, and the Campbells. For a time it had looked as if the Campbells would have other troubles. Fake or not, Hammer's petition had legally divorced them and efforts to get another marriage license were thwarted by an angry Cleveland judge. Editor Seltzer solved that.
