...Either let the College be moved nearer to the Botanical Garden, or let the Botanical Garden be transplanted to some position nearer to the College. Or, if the College is too poor to go to this expense, I would respectfully suggest that the Faculty furnish conveyances to and fro. The cost need not be large, and the benefit conferred would be great, especially on a rainy day, or when the snow is several feet deep.
