Track practice was held on the Stadium track yesterday afternoon for the first time this season, under the supervision of Coach Lathrop. The track, which froze Monday night, was rather soft yesterday, and only the long stretch had been rolled. All candidates held light practice in order to become accustomed to the new work. The sprinters took short runs on the long stretch and the distance men jogged four laps, while the weight men practiced under, Coach Quinn. Men will hereafter report for daily practice and systematic work will begin at once...
