...Evidence. Among the first to protest the A.I.A. plan was Jacob D. Fuchsberg, vice chairman of the American Bar Association's Committee on Automobile Law. Fuchsberg. who also happens to have a prosperous private practice in auto-damage cases, charged that the A.I.A. members merely wanted "to get the Government off their backs."
