Could chocolate truffles be the sweet treat du jour? According to Jordan Covell, president of Neuhaus Chocolate, a Belgian chocolate company whose delicacies are carried at boutiques in the U.S., truffles--the chocolate kind, not the fungus that pigs love to sniff out--are the must-have cocoa indulgence.
