ITALY A Naples Network Police in Naples arrested 28 Pakistanis on charges of terrorism after finding 800 g of dynamite, 70 m of fuse wire and eight detonators behind false walls in adjoining first-floor apartments, a commander for the Carabinieri police told TIME.
