...last month, a group of 94 unaffiliated dealers calling themselves Ohio Independents for Survival filed a complaint with DOE'S Office of Hearings and Appeals. After a speedy review, the department ordered Sohio to raise its prices 100 per gal. to more nearly equal the prices charged by the independents.
