Beside Captain Spalding at halfback, Bomeisler, Gallauer, Philbin, Dunn, and Ketcham, of the veterans have returned. Walter Camp, Jr., who was given a place at half-back on the All-American second team last year has not yet reported, and it is probable that he will be unable to play all season owing to an operation this summer. Beside Camp, however, there is a wealth of material for the backfield.
