Anderson who had once been a Southern Methodist minister, taught school and run for the Legislature, had survived a rattlesnake bite last year, was ready this time to take up not one but three serpents as a test of faith. With the appointment of James M. Cox as trainer in the Dillon Field House Athletic set-up, the ever bothersome gap between the duties of the medical staff and the training room attendants will be bridged. Eddie Farrell used to occupy this post during the football season, but Cox is the first full time trainer in Dillon Field House History.
