...Garfield is convincing as a "tough" prize-fighter, but the picture is melodramatic and uninspired. Fleeing to Arizona to escape conviction for a murder of which he is innocent, the fighter meets the Dead End Kids, May Robson, and a blonde, who manage to revive the clean American spirit in him.
