With regard to the changes consequent upon the recent action of the Corporation, a few words might be said. It is well known that the expenses of the Nine are mostly met by gate receipts; but as no more admission money can be taken on Jarvis, a large part of the Nine's support is taken away, and consequently larger subscriptions must be raised.
