This absurd and nonsensical statement has no basis in fact whatever, and I am morally confident that Gavin Scott has never done any empirical, field investigation of it. As a former parson in the Church of England, I can testify that I have seen many beauties of an optimum standard, sired by C. of E. Clergymen. As a matter of fact, I have one of my own and as a "lovely" I'd stack her up against any Ealing Studio bombshell....
