J., February 22, 1917.--The Poe Cup, the reward for "loyalty and devotion to Princeton's football interests, courage, manliness, self control and modesty, perseverance and determination under discouraging conditions, observance of the rules of the game and fairness toward opponents" has been awarded to Alfred Gottlieb Gennert '17 of Elizabeth, New Jersey.
