...rest of the cast doesn't make up for Baldwin's shortcomings. Chris Penn portrays Baldwin's partner Duke Finnerty as a wasted Joe Pesci (annoying accent and all), and Gina Gershon as girlfriend Joey is one-dimensional at best.
