...Edwin Ginn '18 of Winchester has come down with a mild case of infantile paralysis and is at the isolation ward at Stillman Infirmary. He is under the direct care of Dr. Charles Wendell Townsend '81 of Marlborough street, Boston, his family physician, and so far is doing very well. He has been seen in consultation by Dr. Edward Wyllys Taylor '88 and Dr. Roger Irving Lee '02. He has been treated with serum and has received every possible attention. Dr. Lee remains in charge of the situation in the University, and there will probably be no interruption of activities...
Soon after the resumption of scrimmage, E. Ginn '18 intercepted a long forward pass from E. I. Casey '19, but the second team was held and had to punt. The punt was short and Casey ran it back to the 15-yard line and a few minutes later took it over for a touchdown. W. F. Robinson '18 kicked the goal. The third score came after M. The second team succeeded in scoring a field goal and a touchdown by E. Ginn '18 and E. H. Ellison '17, respectively, during the half-hour they had the ball. At one time the second team was held for downs on the University's one-foot line. In the last few minutes of practice, the University received the ball on its 40-yard line...
