...exciting races may confidently be expected. The Canoe Club is a social as well as an aquatic organization, and "smokers" are given from time to time during the winter, which have thus far been very successful. It is expected that next summer a number of the members will go to the "meet" of the American Canoe Association, which takes place this year at Lake George. Canoeists from all over the country assemble at one large camp and live together for several weeks. Many races take place there, and Harvard will now have a chance to distinguish herself in another field...
