...when he asked for people to change their lives, they don't love him so much anymore. A lot of people are satisfied with what they are doing and that causes problems. A lot of the world sees suffering as the greatest evil and must be avoided but God sees suffering to overcome sin. We interpret the teachings of the church literally, and that's orthodox and for some people that doesn't fit. They want a little more wiggle room in life...
