Usage:

...Gymnasium this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Entries may be made in a blue-book posted at the Rendezvous up to 12 o'clock, and at the Gymnasium after that time upon payment of the 50 cent admission fee. ...classes we have had an example of what a class may do to harm itself by allowing a number of agitators to keep up that distinction which is non-existent if nominating committees and class members would only choose to see it so--that between the Yard and the "Gold-coast." There is no reason under the sun for making such a distinction and it does perhaps more than anything else to harm Harvard in the eyes of the outside world. ...enthusiastic gathering of 200 members of the Harvard Club of Boston held in Copley Hall last evening, gold baseballs and oars were presented to the members of the baseball team and crew which defeated Yale last June. Speeches of congratulation and encouragement were made by F. W. Thayer '76, R. F. Herrick '90, and O. B. Roberts '86. C. Hann, Jr., '11, spoke on behalf of the baseball team in the absence of Captain McLaughlin, and R. W. Cutler '11, spoke for the crew. The alumni chorus sang a number of songs and cheers were led for all the teams...
