...reported last night, the practice of the University basketball squad was again fast and encouraging. Two teams were picked and a short game was played in which the first team scored 48 points to the second team's 6. The work of Captain Burnham and Brooks was especially good. They covered their men well and kept the ball continually in the second team's territory. In shooting for baskets the forwards were erratic, but otherwise they played a fast game.
