Usage:

Today we expect to see the whole senior class appear in their time-honored caps and gowns. To give this venerable custom a good start it is essential, first that the officers set the example, and, secondly that the rest of the class join with them to usher in the annual custom with a whole heart. Measurements may be made immediately at the Co-operative Society. To men measured before March 8 the price of the cap and gown will be $4.75. To men measured after that date the price will be $5.25. ...suggestion, however, it might be well to make for the benefit of succeeding classes. If the class button is to reach its highest usefulness as a unifying factor in the Senior class, it should be available earlier in the year. Like the cap and gown, it is a means of putting all members of the class at least on a bowing acquaintance with each other. Unlike the cap and gown, there is no restriction as to the time it may be worn. If the class button were to be put on sale in November, instead of the middle of February...
