Died. Fremont Older, 78, crusading editor of the San Francisco Call-Bulletin; of heart disease while driving his automobile; near Stockton, Calif. Campaigning against graft in the city government, Editor Older of the Bulletin in 1906 piled up enough evidence to send Grafter Abraham Ruef to jail. Then, believing him scapegoat of a corrupt system, he fought long to get Ruef freed. Older in 1916 started a vehement crusade for Thomas Mooney and Warren K.
