Federal prosecutors finally got their videotape and jailed video blogger Josh Wolf was set free after serving nearly 8 months in federal prison, longer than any other journalist in the U.S., for failing to testify before a grand jury and for refusing to hand over unpublished video he shot during an anti-G8 Summit protest in San Francisco in July 2005, where one police officer was struck in the head with a pipe.
