...follows his interference well, and his speed is a great help on end runs. Putnam is an effective ground gainer and his persistency puts a great deal of life into the other players. Ristine is a hard and fast runner, but does not follow his interference closely enough. Graydon has improved greatly, especially in hitting the line and keeping his feet. Harvard could not advance the ball and Graydon, in attempting to kick, fumbled the ball. Davidson fell on it. Pennsylvania bucked the line a couple of times and then Harvard was penalized ten yards for offside play. This brought the ball to Harvard's 20 yard line. A quarterback kick failed and it was Harvard's ball on her own 15 yard line. Graydon kicked to the 45 yard line. Pennsylvania failed to gain and an exchange of kicks found the ball on Harvard's five yard line...

...latter was penalized half the distance for offside play. Then Graydon kicked to Pennsylvania's 45 yard line. Dale took the ball around Harvard's right end for 13 yards and Reynolds kicked to Harvard's 10 yard line, where it was fumbled. Pennsylvania got the ball a moment later.
