The Greek section of the current Guide has obviously not been revised for years: hotels described as "new" are actually in their teens, and Athens' Costi restaurant, which Fielding calls "our local favorite" and praises for its "excellent cookery and ancient waiters," qualifies as somewhat ancient itself. It closed down last summer. In Munich, Fielding marvels at a 330-ft.-high TV tower that is really 330 meters high, and manages to overlook three spanking-new luxury hotels...
