Light produced by CFLs is "cooler" - tinged a light blue or green - than the yellowish glow of an incandescent, and many people complain that the effect is less aesthetically pleasing. But it’s long past time for time for Harvard to ensure that “Green is the New Crimson” rings true not only in its labs and dining halls, but also in Sever and Emerson.
