Houghton, Mifflin and Company have just forwarded us a copy of F. Hopkinson Smith's latest story, "Tom Grogan." The story, with the same illustrations by Reinhardt, was originally published in the Century, when it was pronounced the best story Mr. Smith ever wrote.
