After an Alabama guard shot a prisoner to death during a fight between two men who had been shackled together, authorities agreed to break up the chain, though each prisoner will still wear leg irons. ...tooth grinding that got me to God. I didn't know I was on a spiritual path at the time. I couldn't face the prospect of wearing a night guard to protect my teeth from stress, and the alternative I stumbled onto was meditation, which I'd read about in a Deepak Chopra book.
