...Gulbrand Lunde, Propaganda Minister and second in command of Vidkun Quisling's Government in Norway, Joseph Goebbels was a man to be admired. In mannerisms, gestures and work, the small, blue-eyed Norwegian tried to emulate his Nazi friend.
