HARVARD vs. PRINCETON. (Second Game.)ON Saturday morning the Senior class had a gymnastic contest in their fine gymnasium; many ladies were present, who evinced a great interest in the various exercises. The exhibition was remarkably fine, and there can be no doubt but that Princeton carries off the palm from other American colleges in gymnastic feats. Game was called at 2 P. M. with Princeton at the bat; the same high wind prevailed as the day before, and greatly affected the batting. Both sides drew blanks for two innings although Wright made a three-base hit over left field...
...members of the University who wish to avail themselves of the opportunity that the Rifle Corps offers of learning military drill, are invited to present themselves at the Gymnasium on any Monday at 6.30 or 7.30 P. M. Co. A is open to all upper classmen and members of other departments than the College proper. Co. B is open to Freshmen of the College. If, on the other hand, it is found necessary to make decided changes in the design, work will be delayed several weeks. While...

We can sum up thus shortly an entire host of grievances with which the Association may well feel itself inflicted. The contests that have just been ended in the Gymnasium have been unusually successful. The entries were more numerous than last year; the treasury is in a flourishing condition. Altogether, the interest shown in these sports had promised an increase of work and training for the field-meeting, and it can hardly be doubted that, had such a meeting taken place...
...hoped to present to our readers, with this number, a supplement containing a plan, view, and description of the new Gymnasium; but some delay in deciding the plans has obliged us to postpone the supplement to our next issue. Work will be begun on breaking the ground during vacation probably, and once under way will be pushed rapidly forward. Still, as the building cannot be very far advanced by Class Day, we-think that in thus picturing it, we are responding to a general desire, expressed by Seniors particularly; a desire to have an idea, before leaving Harvard for many...
