...recent meeting of the H. U. B. C. it was decided to have Harvard represented in the "American Henley" at Saratoga. Fresh laurels for Harvard are thus within reach of our present superior crew. This, however, places the Boat Club in great need of money; for the estimated expenses of the Crew at Saratoga are seven hundred dollars, and there is at present only sufficient money in the treasury to meet the expenses at New London.
