...Freshman and Middlesex School four-oared crews rowed two races over a three-quarter mile course on the Charles River above the Stillman Infirmary yesterday afternoon. In the first race the Middlesex crew won from the Freshmen by one and a half lengths. The Middle sex crew got a lead at the start and held this advantage throughout; they rowed in almost perfect form and used fully as much power as the Freshmen though a considerably lighter crew.
