Dartmouth quarterback Gene Ryzewicz, who tormented the Crimson two years ago is recovering quickly from his knee injury. Saturday he ran well and fired two touchdown passes. Another worry for the Crimson next Saturday will be sophomore halfback Bob Mlaker, who ran back five punts for 114 yards...

...yard completion to start the second of the three futile drives, Crimson safety John Tyson was hurt and had to be replaced by Tom Wynne. On the very next play three Big Red players, ends Bill Murphy, Sam DiSalvo, and guard Rich Musmanno, went for Wynne. Halfback Bill Huling was stopped four yards behind the line of scrimmage with the ball, but 20 yards upfield the three "blockers" were grinding Wynne into the dirt when the play had finished. The ensuing penalty forced Robertson to throw long, where Williamson and interceptor Cobb were waiting...

Harvard started the game without two first-string halfbacks and ended without its goalie. The game's start was delayed 90 minutes to enable captain Joe Gould and Abi Azikiwe to take medical boards in the morning, but the senior halfbacks still missed most of the first quarter. Junior Mike Sicher, however, came into his own as a Crimson halfback and stayed in the lineup most of the game...
