...Yale meet last year, and the graduation of G. G. Haydock '16 has left the pole vault without one good vaulter, and incidentally, the team without a single man who has won his "H" in a field event. The 1919 track squad was also noticeably weak in the hammer-throw, shot put and pole vault, but it has sent men up to the University squad who, with training, should develop into able performers.
