Harvard, Wisconsin, Princeton, and Pennsylvania lined up at the start of this race. T. R. Pennypacker '16 had the pole at the start, but was unable to hand over any lead to A. Biddle '16. Biddle started out fast and moved up into second place, followed by the Wisconsin runner and Dorsey, Pennsylvania's runner. Captain W. J.
