This is the second annual award of the prize, which was given last year to F. W. Saunders '24. The judges this year were J. T. Coolidge '79, J. Harleston Parker '93, and William Whitman 3d '22. Mr. Parker, in a short speech, declared that, even in the short period of time elapsed since the Lampoon Board first offered the prize, the interest of the editors and the approbation of the student body has increased.
