Lieutenant Commander Hamilton Harlow U. S. N. visited Cambridge yesterday and conferred with President Lowell preparatory to the establishment of a Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Unit at the University for the purpose of instructing, students to fly Navy planes. Under the present plans the course will require four years to complete. Before the end of the last year the student will be required to make a summer cruise of between two and six weeks.
