According to the argument that drug-testing does not violate the Fourth Amendment because it will neither harm nor infringe upon the rights of the innocent, it follows that there should be nothing wrong with violating other liberties of those who are not guilty of wrongdoing. Surely, then, no harm will be done if the police illegally search someone's house--that person has nothing to hide.
