Folwell, captain of the Pennsylvania football team in 1907, has been ratified by the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Athletic Association as head coach of the Quaker eleven for 1916. Folwell played on the Pennsylvania team for three years, and in his senior year was the general choice for All-American halfback.
