Curb Regulation. The spreading powers of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and hundreds of other regulatory agencies aggravate inflation by adding to the budget and, more important, swelling the costs of doing business.
